We are so excited about the Texas Yarn Lovers Event coming in 2022! We have some new things happening that we hope will make this event bigger and better than ever.  This is a one day yarn and fiber party that will take place on Saturday, April 23, 2022, from 10am until 5pm. One of our goals this year is to provide tent space for vendors who don't want the hassle of setting up their own tent, so on the form below you can choose whether you want to set up your own tent as in previous years, or if you would like us to provide tent space and an 8' table. Please note that we will have to have at least 10 vendors who opt for the provided tent option to be able to do it. Once the application date closes and we see how many we actually have that want the provided tent, we will notify you with an email and a Square Invoice for the cost of the booth. If we do not get enough vendors interested in the provided tent, you will be notified and at that time you will have the option of taking the space to provide your own tent or withdrawing from the event. All vendors choosing the space and providing their own tent must set up on the morning of the event. All vendors choosing the provided tent option will be able to set up on Friday afternoon before the Saturday event or on the morning of the event.  Please note that Blue Mule Winery, Blue Mule Fiber, and Blue Mule Farm will not be responsible for for any items or booths set up on Friday, but we will do our very best to keep your items safe. The provided tent will have walls up for Friday night that should protect your inventory under normal weather conditions.
